We would like to make your online shopping experience with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. If you have any questions in regards to ordering or a purchase you have made, please feel free to email or call us and we will do our best to assist you in every way.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are influence by the size and the weight of the product and your location. While every effort is keep postage costs as low as possible, something’s are out of our control. We only send parcels through Australia Post. This allows us to track the whereabouts of all parcels.

Regular Delivery: Delivery time is dependent on location. Approximately 5-6 business days after posting. 

Express Post (if available): This option is currently unavailbile to be purchased online, however if you require Express Posting please contact us and we can do this for you.

Express Post is shipping only. This does not guarantee the same day dispatch of orders unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us to make sure all items are in stock and we will endeavor to ship your order the same day. 

Please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of goods. Delivery time is dependent on your location and availability of goods. After your order is dispatched we will email you with tracking details. First Class Dancewear have a ‘Do not safe drop’ policy, if nobody is at the address to accept the delivery you will be carded for a post office pick up. We do recommend using PO boxes for your delivery address.

Please note: Once in the hands of Australia Post, First Class Dancewear NQ are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this is not the responsibility of Australia Post. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within 14 days.

STOCK AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS

While we endeavor to keep stock of most products, occasionally items may become unavailable. In the event a product is not in stock we will notify you by phone or email and arrange an alternative product, place the item on back order or delete that item from your order and refund you the amount.

If an item is urgent please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we have this item in stock.

The Energetiks range is so vast and we order many items for next day delivery, however others brands (depending on stock availability) usually arrive within 3-4 days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be difficult. For this reason we welcome an exchange or refund of goods ordered (excluding postage) within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are intact and the items are returned in unworn condition.

The “Exchange or Faulty Items return form” sent to you with your invoice must be completed and returned with your garments.  If you have lost this form please email sales@dancewearnq.com.au and we will be able to send you a new one. If you require a different size/colour please email us prior to ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. Upon us receiving your garments we will contact you for payment of the return postage.

- Due to health regulations stockings, undergarments, wigs and make up are final sale only and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or wrongly delivered.

- Pointe shoes and sale items are also non-returnable.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch from our store.

- Customers will be responsible for the return postage charges.

- Items have to be returned in unworn original condition with all tags intact.

- We recommend all returns are sent back by Registered Post. First Class Dancewear NQ is not responsible for any returns lost in the post.
